In the “Single Cask 2023” collection from the Plantation brand, we find this rum from Belize. This barrel #9 is a selection from the Dutch distributor Right Spirit.
This bottling was distilled at Travelers Liquors in 2015 from molasses.
It aged on site for 6 years in an old bourbon barrel. Once imported to France, it continued its aging for 1 year in cognac barrels in the cellars of Maison Ferrand. It finally benefited from a 12-month finish in a barrel of French Cherry liqueur.
