Providence Dunder & Syrup is the second rum produced by the young Port-au-Prince distillery. The house was born of a collaboration between Luca Gargano, a Haitian family and Gianni Capovilla.
This pure juice and cane syrup rum is distilled after fermentation using specially selected yeasts and vinasse from previous distillations.
This second cuvée was produced in February 2021 by the company's Muller iron still.
