Rest & Be Thankful assemblage #01 is a 13-year-old molasses rum. This blend is made up of 5 rums from different Jamaican distilleries.
The first was pot still distilled at New Yarmouth in 2005. The second is also a distillate from the 2005 vintage, but from Long Pond.
Two Clarendon rums were also selected, distilled in column and pot still in 2007. Finally, the last rum in this blend comes from St Catherine's parish, the Worthy Park distillery, and was pot still distilled in 2008.
These rums were aged and blended in Scotland to give a total of 17 casks. Bottling took place in September 2022, without cold filtration, and the color is natural. This is Rest & Be Thankful's first blend, resulting in 5188 bottles.
