Rivière du Mât Grande Reserve is a molasses rum from the distillery in Saint-Benoît, on the east coast of Reunion Island.
The molasses comes from the sugarcane plantations that benefit from the volcanic soil and pure waters of the eastern rivers. It is a blend of aged rums, matured for at least 8 years in oak barrels in the island's tropical climate.
