This rum from the Mascarene archipelago is a blend of two molasses rums from Reunion Island and Mauritius.
The blending and refining were carried out at Château du Breuil for this Rum Explorer vintage. The whole is 3 years old.
For aging, the cellar master can rely on barrels that previously contained Le Breuil whisky.
