With this expression from the Dominican Republic, you can discover a 3-year-old rum. The rum comes from the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos distillery. This distillery has one of the most modern production units in the Caribbean. It is notably certified eco-responsible and 97% energy self-sufficient thanks to the use of cane bagasse in the boilers, in particular.
This rum benefits from several months of maturation in Port and American oak barrels. This maturation takes place in the cellars of Château du Breuil.
