Saint Aubin 1819 Classic Rum Blanc is a Mauritian rum made from pure sugarcane juice. It is distilled in a copper column still, reduced with spring water from the estate, then bottled on site.
Located on the rolling hillsides of the south of the island, the Saint Aubin plantation has been growing sugar cane since 1819. Its name comes from one of its first owners, Pierre de Saint Aubin.
