Nico's tasting notes
The nose opens with lime, and even a good lemonade. Very slightly alcoholic, the cocktail seems a little acidic and fresh. You can tell that the lime juice is really present. A little sugar balances out the acidity.
The attack on the palate is acidic and lemony, again balanced by a little sugar. No doubt about it, this is definitely a lightly alcoholic caipirinha, to be drunk ice-cold.
