This edition no. 67 of Tres Hombres rum comes from the cellars of Oliver & Oliver. This distillery located in the Dominican Republic reserves some of its best barrels for the Tres Hombres team.
This is a molasses rum aged for 18 years in bourbon barrels using the Solera system. Subsequently, the rum was transferred to tawny port, calvados and cognac barrels.
What followed was a crossing of the Atlantic of around 5,000 miles to arrive in Amsterdam.
Bottling in 2023 resulted in 1,395 hand-waxed bottles.
