Willett Family Estate 4 years Small Batch is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey produced in small batches.
It comes from the blend of two whiskeys with different “mash bills”. It consists of 90% high rye (74% rye, 11% corn, 15% malted barley) and 10% low rye (51% rye, 34% corn and 15% malted barley). ).
The whole thing ages in heavily toasted American white oak barrels.
The bottling of this whiskey is done without reduction and without any filtration.
