This 3rd gin signed Zero Nine Spirits joins the range in addition to Gin Underwater 72° and Gin 57.5° .
Distilled by hand in the United Kingdom, it is a worthy representative of artisanal know-how.
Its distillation is done in a traditional copper pot still. Its composition is similar to the 57.5° edition, including juniper, watercress, lime blossom and bay leaf. It has benefited from a slow reduction drop by drop with water from Ariège.
