Guillaume Quintin and Adrien Thurel are the two rum arrangé enthusiasts who have created an original, top-quality range.

AOC agricultural rum from the Simon distillery (which also produces Clément and HSE) is used as the base for these rhums arrangés.

The 72° white rum is first slowly reduced before being combined with the various fruits and spices.

The macerations - which vary in length depending on the ingredients and the desired result - then take place in stainless steel vats, before being filtered for perfect stabilization of the rhum arrangé.

Similarly, the degree of alcohol varies from one maceration to the next, in order to strike the right balance between strength and aroma.
