Summum

Summum is a rum brand from the Dominican Republic that draws its essence from the excellence conveyed by maestro ronero Juan Alberto Alvarez. Having already collaborated with several renowned Caribbean distilleries, the master rum-maker has demonstrated his mastery of the solera aging system.

The brand was inspired by the rum that became popular during the Cuban War of Independence at the end of the 19th century, thanks to the Cuban general Maximo Gomez. Indeed, it was his custom, after each victory, to toast with this Dominican rum, which for him was the "ultimate". Read less
