Zacapa Centenario Solera Gran Reserva is a blend of several rums, each at least six years old, themselves distilled from pure sugarcane honey, which is quite unusual for rum production. The aging process took place at an altitude of 2,300 meters to slow down the aging process and allow the casks to impart their flavors.
