Aviation

The opinion of Damien, our globe-trotting bartender

A classic from the early 20th century straight from the Wallick Hotel in New York, very aromatic, floral and rather acidic.

Make at home with your favorite gin or order from any good bar to see the influence of a new gin.

My favorite places to taste it:

In France :

At Andy Walhoo for his gin corner.

Around the world:

4th in Zurich.

And if you need a bar recommendation, depending on where you're headed next getaway: @damien_lmr_
