Our Hemingway Daiquiri recipe
Method
Shake the ingredients with a shaker , double-strain into a champagne glass with a shaker strainer and a fine strainer to retain the ice cubes and their residue.
Garnish with grapefruit zest, having previously removed the albedo (the white, bitter inner part of the peel).
Ingredients
5cl Havana Club 3yo
1cl lime juice
1.5cl grapefruit juice
1cl of simple syrup
1.5cl maraschino liqueur
