A 1710 La Perle Brute 2022 is a single-plot agricultural rum paying homage to Paul Octave, a Martinique farmer.
This rum was made from black cane, yellow cane and Pen Epi Lèt .
The distillation was carried out in the house's famous seven-plate copper still , "La Belle Aline".
It is bottled straight from the still , at 66°.
