Armorik Double Maturation single malt whiskey benefits from two successive agings.
Initially, aging takes place in Breton oak barrels. These come from the workshops of a local cooper.
After many years, the whiskey is transferred to Oloroso sherry barrels.
Bottling is done without any addition and without cold filtration.
The barley malt comes from France and has the Organic Agriculture label.
