Clairin Vaval is a Haitian rum made from cane juice. It is traditionally distilled at the Arawaks distillery in Cavaillon.
This single-varietal rum is produced from "Madame Meuze" sugar cane. Fermentation is spontaneous, which means the yeasts are natural. They come from the cane juice and ambient air.
The fermented cane juice is distilled by Fritz Vaval in a unique in-house still.
The rum has not been added or reduced.
While waiting for the tasting note of this vintage, you can consult the tasting notes of the previous Clairin Vaval Récolte 2018 49.3° and Clairin Vaval Récolte 2018 50.4° .
