This Provencal wooden box contains 4 mini-bottles of 10 centiliters each. They are the flagship products in the collection of Guillaume Ferroni, a spirits entrepreneur based in Marseille.
It includes the following bottles:
- Honey Rum with saffron, a blend of 3 molasses rums aged for 12 months in cognac casks, with IGP Provence lavender honey and locally-produced saffron,
- Guillaume Ferroni's signature amber rum, inspired by the 19th-century style of Marseilles. This too is a blend of 3 molasses rums aged 12 months in cognac casks, with an additional 6 months in casks of VDN Rasteau (Vin Doux Naturel),
- Gin Juillet is made from organic French wheat alcohol. It is distilled in a small still that also receives a "basket" of fresh fruit from Provence, typical of the month of July,
- and a vintage Pastis Château des Creissauds made from fresh plants and aged for a year in oak casks. They are grown and harvested on the Domaine des Creissauds, in Aubagne, Provence.
