Ferroni Brut de Fût Jamaïque 2016 is a molasses rum that has benefited from double aging.
It is broken down as follows:
- first maturing in the tropics in American oak barrels for 4 years in the distillery's cellars
- two additional years in French oak barrels in the Ferroni winery in Provence. These barrels previously contained a very old Rasteau (Vin Doux Naturel).
