Distilled in pot stills, this rum was selected by Guillaume de Roany for his collection, which he bottles with Les Rhums du Sud.
It was produced from pure sugarcane juice by La distillerie Saint Aubin in 2022. The cane was harvested by hand.
This vintage bottled at “navy proof” (historic degree served by the English navy) therefore displays 57°. This is a limited series of 200 numbered copies.
