Habitation Bellevue Cuvée 12 ans is a vintage rum produced by the distillery nestled in the heart of the largest sugarcane estate on the island of Marie-Galante. Habitation Bellevue is an independent, family-run business based on the Bellevue distillery, recognized as the most modern in the French West Indies.
Distilled in 2008 in a Creole column, this rum is made from molasses and pure sugarcane juice from the island. It was aged in oak barrels in a tropical climate from July 2, 2008. Bottling was carried out by hand 12 years later, on November 18, 2021.
This limited edition is presented in a beautifully numbered decanter. It is the oldest rum ever bottled by the distillery.
