In 2024, the Habitation Velier range will be enriched with its first old Providence rum from Haiti.
This collection highlights the unique character of “Pure Single Rums”. According to the Velier classification, “Pure Single Rums” correspond to rums coming from a single distillery and distilled discontinuously in a “Pot Still” still. The rums are generally still or cask strength, without any additives and aged entirely in the distilleries of origin.
This edition, distilled in 2020, benefited from aging in ex-Caroni barrels. No less than 14 barrels were needed to produce this vintage. It displays an angels' share greater than 26%.
