Hautefeuille Esquisse No. 7 is a single malt whiskey from Picardy. It comes from the Hautefeuille farm/distillery.
Cuvée Esquisse is aged in ex-cognac casks. For this 7th edition, the whisky has been matured in ex Pedro ximénez sherry casks.
The bottling of this edition in June 2021 produced 2900 numbered copies.
