This rum made from pure single-varietal cane juice comes from Sicily. It is one of the very first rums produced by the Alma distillery founded in 2021.
The entire production process is controlled by the distillery, from growing the cane to bottling the rum.
Here we are talking about a white rum made exclusively from locally grown yellow cane. Its distillation in a copper pot still was done after a fermentation of 72 to 96 hours.
A single batch of 1000 bottles of this expression was produced for the 2024 harvest.
