Mhoba Pot Stilled High Ester Distillation 2019 is the second High Ester batch from the distillery. This rum from pure cane juice a been distilled in South Africa, in a pot stills.
It is a rum that has benefited from a long fermentation of 22 days (24 for the previous one), with the addition of dunder. This method is at the origin of the fullest Jamaican rums or the great aromas.
It is a little more powerful than the previous batch, at 74.4%. It is still an extremely limited edition as only 112 bottles were produced.
