Pastis Château Des Creissauds 2020 is a true artisanal pastis, marked by the natural variations of the terroir season after season.
The fresh plants are grown on the Domaine des Creissauds in Aubagne, Provence. They are harvested by hand between May and September, then macerated for several weeks in isolation in super-fine alcohol.
Once blended, the macerates are aged in oak casks for 6 to 10 months. Bottling is carried out on site by Maison Ferroni.
