To make this rhum arrangé, coriander was macerated in one of the barrels of Guadeloupe and Martinique rhum agricole.
As with most arranged rums, the recipe also includes cane sugar (yes, but not too much). To this is added a little cinnamon and a vanilla pod. The whole is filtered before bottling.
