This rum comes from the GMWE distillery also called Westerhall Estate. Located in Grenada, it stopped distilling in 1996. The distillery was even destroyed in 2004 with the passage of Hurricane Ivan.
The German bottler Rum Artesanal offers us a molasses rum distilled in December 1996.
Made from a single barrel, this 27-year-old rum is rather rare. Barrel no. 358 only produced 312 bottles.
This rum has not undergone any reduction. This is a barrel strength bottling.
