Head to Jamaica and the Monymusk distillery, also known as Clarendon, for this vintage from the West Indies bottler Rum & Cane Merchants.
Bottled in 2023, this molasses rum comes from distillation in a pot still. The aging took place in a barrel which contained bourbon as well as a Scottish whisky. This is a single barrel which made it possible to obtain 348 bottles.
