Zero Nine Spirits presents its first rum aged entirely in its cellar.
It is an amber rum made from pure cane juice distilled in the Caribbean. The Zero Nine Spirits team reduced this rum before letting it rest in a barrel that previously contained Jamaican rum – rum from ITP's Long Pond distillery to be more precise –.
Bottling was carried out by degree at the exit from the barrel.
