Ampov Premium Dark Craft Rum is a 100% Cambodian pure cane juice rum aged in wood.
It is produced in Phnom Penh from pure cane juice. The sugarcane, grown near a river, benefits from fertile soil. It is cut by hand when its sugar concentration is optimal, then transported to the distillery. The cane is pressed the same day.
Long fermentation is followed by distillation in a copper pot still in 2 passes.
The rum then ages in French oak barrels in the tropics.
