Amrut Two Indies White Rum is a creation of the Indian distillery Amrut.
It is a blend of three different types of rum:
- a rum made from pure sugarcane juice and distilled in an Amrut still, then aged in American oak barrels,
- a rum distilled in the state of Karnataka from jaggery (unrefined sugar from sugar cane traditionally used in Indian desserts), then aged in American oak barrels,
- and a Jamaican high ester rum that completes the blend to form a trio with a complex aromatic profile!
