Cane Island Five Icon Blend is a blend of molasses rums from diverse backgrounds. Every type of distillation is represented, as we have pot-still, traditional column and modern column.
So 5 origins are honored: Barbados (Foursquare), Nicaragua, Panama (Varela), Guyana (Demerara Distillers Limited) and Guatemala (DARSA).
All these rums are aged in ex-bourbon barrels for up to 8 years. Maturation took place in their country of origin, in a tropical climate.
