Cane Island is an independent bottler owned by Dutch company Infinity Spirits.

This range offers a variety of rums with excellent value for money.

Cane Island offers rums from the Caribbean and Central America, aged exclusively in tropical climates, so with a high proportion of angels. This is worth mentioning, as it's rare enough for an independent bottler.

Part of the range, entitled “Single Island Blend” offers blends of rums from one source (Barbados, Cuba, Jamaica, etc.), but potentially from several distilleries. These blends reflect the spirit of the rums of this origin. The rum is bottled at 40°

The other range, called “Single Estate”, offers blends from a single distillery, and displays the real age of the rum (and not the age of the oldest rum in the blend as for certain rums aged in “solera” ). The rum is then bottled at 43°.
