This 19-year-old Bielle rum bottled by the Ricci Family is simply the oldest rum from this distillery bottled to date. It was selected during a visit to the island of Marie Galante in February 2022.
The rum aged for 19 long years in bourbon barrels in the distillery's cellar. The angels' share is not inconsiderable, as much of its content has evaporated over the years. Only 50 liters were transferred to a Dame Jeanne for 2 years, to allow the distillate to rest.
It is an exceptional rum that the Ricci Family offers us. It is bottled in 70 numbered copies of 70cl. This vintage has not undergone any addition, the bottling was made at its natural strength of 45.5°.
