UFO No. 9 from the RICCI Family is a blend of 3 rums with different profiles.
The cuvée is made up of the following eaux-de-vie:
- 25% 21-year-old rum from Montebello in Guadeloupe,
- also 25% of a 19-year-old South Pacific Distillery rum,
- and finally a 17-year-old rum from Travellers in Belize, which accounts for 50% of the blend.
This blend was neither reduced nor added to before bottling.
