The Volt Face n°2 vintage, produced by the Ricci Family, results from the blending of two molasses rums.
The first, which accounts for 35% of the cuvée, comes from Jamaica. The second, which accounts for 65%, comes from Barbados.
Aged in ex-fût Pineau des Charentes Blanc and new chestnut barrels, this cuvée was not reduced before bottling.
