The Ricci family interprets the sign of Scorpio through a fairly young but powerful single cask.
This is a rum from the Hampden distillery whose marks when distilled in 2022 were DOK. This corresponds to an ester level that is between 1500 and 1600 g/hlap, the highest marks from this distillery.
This molasses rum was aged for 2 years in a single barrel that previously contained a Nicaraguan rum. Bottling was done without reduction.
