Brana gin with Espelette pepper is the second gin recipe produced by the distillery located in the Basque Country.
Martine Brana's wish, through this creation, is to represent Basque culture. Espelette pepper is the only pepper produced in France. It benefits from an AOP classification and takes its name from the town of Espelette.
The distillation of this gin is done in a small 400 liter copper still. The gin benefits from a rest in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
