Rum Artesanal Jamaica Clarendon 1995-2021 is a molasses rum selected by the German independent bottler. The initials "EMB" refer to the former Bog Estate mark (closed in 1948) which is part of the Wedderburn category. These are heavy, aromatic rums made by the Monymusk-Clarendon distillery in southern Jamaica.
In July 1995, the rum was distilled in a Vendome pot still. It then benefited from 26 years of barrel ageing, 24 of which were spent in the tropical climate of Clarendon's cellars. It was bottled in July 2021 at its natural strength.
This unique barrel made it possible to issue 366 numbered copies.
