West Indies Rum & Cane Merchants is a bottler whose common thread is the selection of local rums. Here we head to Panama and the province of Herrera for a rum from the Alcoholes del Istmo distillery.
Aged 20 years, this rum was distilled in a column still from molasses. The aging took place in an old bourbon barrel. The latter gave birth to 288 bottles.
