The independent bottler Ura Spirits located in Biarritz has selected this rum from the 2014 vintage with full aging in a continental climate.
The distillation was done in the Versailles still at Diamond Distillers Limited. This partially wooden still was previously located within the “Versailles” distillery, closed in 1978.
The aging was carried out in a single ex-bourbon American oak barrel which had previously benefited from strong toasting.
