Wonders of the World Calvados 2003 Garnier is a Normandy eau-de-vie from a family distillery founded in 1877. The Garnier distillery is located in Frênes, in the heart of the Lower Normandy bocage. Calvados and Pommeau de Normandie have been produced here in the purest artisanal tradition for five generations.
New French independent bottler Swell de Spirits has selected a Calvados cask that was distilled in 2003. The eau-de-vie spent 18 years in oak casks in a cellar with a humid atmosphere. This unique cask was bottled in December 2021, without cold filtration or reduction in alcohol content. It produced 158 numbered bottles.
