Whisper rum

Whisper rum was born in 2015, the brainchild of two French students, one of whom lived on the island ofAntigua, north of Guadeloupe. Working with the island's only distillery(Antigua Distillery in St Johns, founded in 1932, which notably makes English Harbour rum) and a renowned cellar master, Whisper rum was developed. During the first tastings, it became clear that the rum "whispered to the taste buds", so the name was apt.

Whisper Rum is a traditional English molasses rum. Molasses is imported from Guyana, fermented and distilled on a column to produce 95% alcohol rum. This light rum is then aged in Kentucky oak barrels, formerly used for bourbon, before being reduced in alcohol content with spring water from the Cognac region.

Whisper Gold Rum is a blend of 2-year-old rums, with delicate notes of wood, vanilla and coconut.
