Naga Malacca is an Indonesian spirit made from molasses rum and spices. Its name refers to the great Malaysian port on the Strait of Malacca, from which ships loaded with Asian fruits and spices set sail for Europe.
It's the fruit of a long maceration between Indonesian rum (Batavia Arrack), kumquat peel, Indonesian jambu flesh, lemongrass and cinnamon.
