After Black Opus, Père Labat presents the Silver Opus cuvée. This is an agricultural rum from the Poisson distillery in Marie Galante.
Distilled in a Creole column in 2011, this very old 11-year-old rum is the fruit of a double ageing process. First, it spent 8 years in Bourbon barrels. It was then transferred to white Burgundy grand cru barrels for 3 years.
This rum was bottled in 2016 units.
