Divergence n°3 is a blend of white rums produced by the two brothers Morgan and Esteban of the Ricci family.
The blend here is 40% Guyana white rum distilled in the famous Port Mourant wooden still. The remaining 60% is blended with Cape Verde grogue distilled in a traditional copper still.
The blend was stirred in a stainless steel vat before resting in an amphora.
